All American Poker
All American Poker is a poker variant that is very similar to Jacks or Better. Basically, the only thing different about All American Poker is its paytables. All American Poker was first introduced in brick-and-mortar casinos but very quickly died out. Its unique paytable scared players away even though they, at the time, paid more than most other video poker machines with its four of a kind paying 50 credits. All American Poker has recently been revived at online casinos with a different paytable (they now pay less than they did when introduced at brick-and-mortar casinos).
You can see below that many different casinos offer the top pay table available.

As with all video poker games, the most important aspect of any video poker machine is its paytable. Since it is extremely difficult to find All American Poker at brick-and-mortar casinos, video poker players generally only need to worry about online casino paytables. The paytables above are ordered by expected value with the paytable at the top being the most lucrative paytable. The casinos offering the pay schedule are listed at the top of each paytable. According to each paytable, it is most profitable to play with five credits (players should bet the max each and every hand).
In general, optimal strategy is similar to Jacks or Better. Players should hold four cards to a straight flush, royal flush, flush, or any open-ended straight. Players should hold three cards to a royal or straight flush. Any low-pair, single high card, two high cards, should be held. Lastly, players should hold any suited ten/jack, ten/queen, or ten/king combination. This basic strategy should get players started in All American Poker. However, All American strategy is rather complex and players looking to master the game should look to do further research. Good luck!
